Capital Sky employ apprentices to work within our construction and demolition divisions. Capital Sky have committed to help our apprentices to work towards their goal of being industry-qualified, with this we offer support with a range of technical training applicable to each discipline and assist with some broader personal development to suit each individual’s development and aspirations. We recognise and value the benefit of identifying and growing our future workforce through apprenticeships which combine the theory with essential practical learning. It is important to remember that apprenticeships are not just for those leaving school. There are also opportunities within Capital Sky for those who are looking to progress in their career through higher level apprenticeships starting from level four through to degree apprenticeships.
