- Increase employee knowledge, awareness, and understanding of mental health and wellbeing issues.
- Actively reduce stigma around conditions such as depression, anxiety, and other mental health challenges in the workplace.
- Facilitate active participation by employees in a range of wellbeing initiatives.
- Provide the necessary training and resources to enable these objectives.
- Develop an ongoing programme of initiatives informed by the risk areas identified within our business.
- Provide appropriate support mechanisms for those experiencing wellbeing challenges.
- Encourage employees to utilise professional partnerships and support services in times of crisis, with contact details made accessible to all.
Employee Responsibilities
- All Capital Sky Ltd employees are encouraged to:
- Understand this policy and seek clarification where required .
- Take reasonable care of their own mental and physical health and wellbeing .
- Consider how their actions may affect the health, safety, and wellbeing of others in the workplace.
- Support colleagues by promoting awareness of this policy and maintaining a supportive culture.
- Share any wellbeing issues with their line manager, in confidence, especially where it may impact their ability to perform their role or put others at risk.
- Seek help when needed – we encourage use of:

- 999 in the event of a crisis or immediate emergency.
Managerial Responsibilities
Managers have a duty to:
- Ensure that all individuals working on behalf of Capital Sky Ltd are made aware of this policy and its contents.
- Actively support and champion the implementation of this policy and its objectives.
- Manage, monitor, and regularly review the application and effectiveness of this policy, ensuring it remains relevant and responsive to the needs of the workforce.
Policy Review
This policy will be reviewed annually or following any significant incident, organisational change, or the identification of emerging risks. Updates will reflect changes in legislation, industry best practice, and feedback from our people.
