All employees are expected to comply with site rules, regulations, and the established operating procedures set forth by Capital Sky Ltd.
Violations will not be tolerated, and site management will be held accountable for the conduct of their employees.
When a violation is observed, immediate action must be taken to control or eliminate any associated hazard. The following procedures have been established to formally place an employee on notice in the event of a violation:
Notice Action Procedure
| Notice Action | Action |
| First Offence | A written warning addressed to the employee, with a copy placed in the employee’s file. The warning will reference the nature of the violation, along with the date and time of the occurrence. |
| Second Offence | A second written warning addressed to the employee, again referencing the violation, including the date and time. A copy will be provided to the employee, and another copy placed in their file. |
| Third Offence | A third written warning will be issued in the same manner as the second. This will be followed by a meeting involving the employee, site management and/or project manager, and senior management to determine appropriate disciplinary action. This may include suspension without pay or termination, depending on the severity of the violation. |
| Fourth Offence | Termination. If an employee commits a fourth offence within any consecutive 12-month period, they will be terminated, unless an alternative process is outlined in a labour/management agreement. |
This procedure ensures clarity and consistency in how violations of rules, regulations, and procedures are addressed by management. It also provides employees with a clear understanding of the consequences should they fail to comply with established expectations.
