As part of a new monthly recognition initiative introduced by our Senior Construction Manager, team members who demonstrate exceptional commitment to Health, Safety and Environmental standards will be formally recognised for their contribution to our projects and wider business.
This month, we are pleased to congratulate Constantina and David, who were selected for their professionalism, and consistent approach to maintaining the highest of standards expected across our sites. Both received a certificate of appreciation alongside an Amazon gift card as a small thank you for the positive example they continue to set for those around them.
Health and safety, I guess no matter which sector you operate in, is often measured through procedures, audits and statistics, but its success will always come down to people, by the decisions made on site each day, the willingness to take responsibility, attention to detail, and their commitment to looking after colleagues, subcontractors and members of the public.
The introduction of this monthly initiative demonstrates Capital Sky’s belief that good practice and site-diligence should always be recognised. While health, safety and environmental responsibility remain fundamental requirements across every single project, it is important to acknowledge those who go above and beyond in helping to maintain them.
