Capital Sky yesterday hosted a charity football match at Kenilworth Road Stadium, bringing together businesses from across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire, our partners, and those from the wider Luton community for an afternoon focused on fundraising and participation.
The event took place at the home of Luton Town FC, offering a unique opportunity for companies to take to the pitch and be part of an occasion that combined sport with community support.
Funds raised from the day at Kenilworth Road will support three important causes: the Little Blue Heroes Foundation, Curry Kitchen, and the Luton Town FC Community Trust. Each organisation plays a vital role in supporting individuals and families, both locally and further afield.
Businesses could get involved in a number of ways, whether by entering a team, supporting the event or contributing to the fundraising efforts. It was designed to be inclusive and accessible, creating an environment where companies can come together in a different setting while supporting such meaningful causes.
Hosting the event at Kenilworth Road added to the occasion, providing a memorable setting for participants and reinforcing the connection between businesses county-wide. With teams made up of colleagues, clients and partners, the event brought a strong turnout and an engaging atmosphere.
Capital Sky sends sincere its thanks the businesses and supporters who contributed to the occasion and delivered such a successful afternoon that raised vital funds for three impactful organisations.
