A Summer Celebration at The Barn Tea Green – A Thank You from Capital Sky Ltd.

This past Saturday, the Capital Sky Ltd team came together for a well-deserved break from the day-to-day, as we hosted our annual Summer BBQ at the beautiful Barn Tea Green. Set in the heart of the Bedfordshire countryside, the venue was the perfect backdrop for an afternoon filled with laughter, good food, and great company.

At Capital Sky Ltd, we’re proud to be a family-first company—and that was the heart of this event. We didn’t just invite our team, but their partners, children, and extended families too. It was our way of saying thank you for the incredible dedication, professionalism, and hard work that each and every one of our employees puts in every single day.

The BBQ wasn’t just about great food (though there was plenty of that!)—it was about coming together outside the usual work environment, reconnecting, and celebrating the people who make Capital Sky what it is. From conversations over cold drinks to bouncing around on castles with the kids, the day had something for everyone.

For the little ones, we had bouncy castles and outdoor games, giving them space to run around and enjoy the summer sun while the grown-ups relaxed and caught up with colleagues in a more social setting.

Events like this are a small reflection of the culture we’ve built at Capital Sky Ltd—a company where people come first, where we celebrate success together, and where we make time to show appreciation.

To every team member: thank you. For your commitment, your energy, and your constant support of one another. You are the reason we continue to grow and thrive.

Here’s to more moments like this—and an even brighter future together.

Capital Sky Announces Principal Partnership with Luton Town FC

Capital Sky, one of the UKs fastest-growing construction and development firms, is proud to announce a landmark Principal Partnership with Luton Town Football Club — a collaboration that reflects a shared passion for progress, community, and excellence.

The new principal partnership will see Capital Sky become the front of shirt sponsor of all matchday playing shirts, with the company’s logo featuring on prime branding sites around Luton Town FC’s stadium for the upcoming campaign.

As a company deeply invested in Luton and its surrounding districts, Capital Sky is committed to driving regional development through high-quality construction, regeneration projects, and sustainable infrastructure. This partnership with Luton Town FC, a club with a proud heritage and a passionate fan base, further strengthens Capital Skys roots in the community and underscores its long-term vision to be a catalyst for growth across Bedfordshire and beyond.

Martin Maloney, Managing Director at Capital Sky said ”Luton isnt just a location—it’s part of our foundation. The streets, the people, the pride—this town shaped who we are. Becoming Principal Partner of Luton Town FC isnt just a sponsorship move; its a reflection of everything we believe in. At Capital Sky, were committed to building more than projects. We build with local hands, we back local businesses, and we invest in the communities we live and work in. Like the club, were proud of our roots, bold in our ambitions, and driven by loyalty. This partnership brings two homegrown names together built in Luton, built to last.”

Capital Sky has quickly built a reputation for delivering residential, commercial, and public sector projects that put quality, community, and sustainability at the forefront. With upcoming developments across the region and a rapidly expanding portfolio, the company is positioning itself as a key player not just in construction, but in the future of Lutons built environment.

Tracey Heneghan, Operations Director at Capital Sky added: “As a mother and a woman in construction, this partnership with Luton Town FC holds real meaning. It’s about showing the next generation what’s possible with hard work and community spirit. At Capital Sky, our work goes beyond the site—it touches families, futures, and local pride. Becoming Principal Partner is a reflection of the values we live by every day.”

Luton Town FC’s recent and historic ascent to the Premier League brought national attention to the town — and Capital Sky is eager to contribute to the continued uplift of the area. This partnership marks the beginning of a shared journey focused on community impact, shared values, and mutual success.

Ben Kensell, Chief Revenue Officer at Luton Town commented I’m delighted to announce Capital Sky as the new front of shirt sponsor at Luton Town, which represents a really significant commercial deal for League One. Capital Sky are working full steam on Power Court and have been fantastic for the club in recent years delivering on multiple projects as the partnership has grown, but to take it to the next level and receive their support on this scale is fantastic for the club. Id like to thank Martin and the entire team for their support and commitment to the club, as well as the great work they do in the wider community.”

This partnership signals more than just shirt and stadium sponsorship; its a shared investment in the people, places, and future of Luton. Capital Sky is proud to be building more than structures — theyre building legacies.
