Capital Sky Ltd was delighted to attend the Women in Safety & Health (WISH) Awards 2026 in London on 15 October, celebrating the outstanding achievements of women who continue to make a difference across the health and safety profession.
The evening was a particularly proud occasion for Capital Sky, with three members of our team, Natalie Clark, Tracey Heneghan and Caeleigh Timoney, shortlisted across three prestigious award categories.
Standing alongside professionals from some of the UK’s most recognised organisations, including EDF, HS2, Aston Martin, Costain, Biffa and the British Safety Council, was an achievement in itself and a wonderful reflection of the talent, dedication and commitment within our business.
While we did not take home an award on this occasion, being recognised among such an inspiring group of industry professionals was an honour. We were incredibly grateful to be invited to participate in an evening that celebrates the contributions women are making to safer, stronger and more inclusive workplaces.
Recognising Three Remarkable Women
For Capital Sky, the nominations were about far more than the possibility of winning an award. They were an opportunity to recognise three individuals who contribute to our business in different but equally important ways.
Natalie Clark – Health & Safety Administrator of the Year
Natalie’s nomination recognised the consistency, dedication and attention to detail she brings to her role. Her work supporting health and safety processes, maintaining important systems and ensuring information is organised and communicated effectively plays an essential part in our day-to-day operations.
Her contribution is a reminder that behind every successful project is a team of people working diligently to ensure the right standards and processes are maintained.
Tracey Heneghan – Health & Safety Industry Woman of the Year
As Chief Operations Officer of Capital Sky Ltd, Tracey continues to demonstrate the leadership, professional judgement and commitment needed to maintain high standards across a demanding industry.
Her nomination recognised her contribution to health, safety and wellbeing, alongside her ability to guide teams, encourage accountability and embed a culture where safety is everyone’s responsibility.
Tracey’s recognition was particularly meaningful following her previous finalist achievement at the Women in Construction Awards in Dublin in 2025.
Caeleigh Timoney – Rising Star Award
Caeleigh’s nomination celebrated the next generation of talent within the health and safety profession.
Through her developing expertise, enthusiasm and willingness to take on responsibility, she has already demonstrated the qualities needed to make a positive contribution to the industry.
Being shortlisted for the Rising Star Award is a fantastic achievement and reflects both her personal dedication and the exciting career opportunities available to emerging professionals within construction.
An Evening Worth Celebrating
The WISH Awards brought together an incredible community of women whose work is helping to shape the future of health and safety.
For our team, it was an opportunity to celebrate individual achievements, connect with fellow professionals and reflect on the importance of recognising the people who work tirelessly to improve safety standards across the industry.
At Capital Sky, we firmly believe that health and safety must be embedded into every aspect of our operations, from initial planning through to project delivery. This commitment relies on people who demonstrate responsibility, professionalism and the confidence to continuously challenge and improve the way we work.
To see three women from our business recognised across operational support, senior leadership and emerging talent was a significant moment for us.
It also reinforced something we strongly believe in: women should have every opportunity to develop, succeed and lead within construction and health and safety.
A Message from Our CEO
Martin Maloney, Chief Executive Officer of Capital Sky Ltd, said:
“Having Natalie, Tracey and Caeleigh shortlisted across three separate categories at the WISH Awards is something we are immensely proud of.
Although we didn’t bring home an award this year, that doesn’t take anything away from what these three women have achieved. To be recognised alongside professionals from some of the most established organisations in the industry is a tremendous accomplishment.
Each of them contributes to Capital Sky in a different way, but they all share the same commitment to maintaining high standards, protecting people and doing their jobs with professionalism and integrity.
We are proud of the example they set, not only within our own business but for other women considering a career in construction and health and safety.
On behalf of everyone at Capital Sky, I want to congratulate all three on their well-deserved nominations. They have done themselves and our business proud.”
Looking Ahead with Pride
As we reflect on a memorable evening in London, we would like to extend our congratulations to all the winners, finalists and organisers of the Women in Safety & Health Awards 2026.
Events like these are an important reminder of the incredible talent within our industry and the value of creating opportunities for women to be recognised for their achievements.
For Natalie, Tracey and Caeleigh, being shortlisted is a milestone worth celebrating, and for Capital Sky, it is another proud moment in our continued journey to build a business where people are supported, valued and encouraged to succeed.
Awards may celebrate achievements on one evening, but the dedication, leadership and hard work behind those achievements make a difference every day.
Congratulations once again to Natalie, Tracey and Caeleigh. We are incredibly proud of you and delighted to have shared this experience together.
From everyone at Capital Sky Ltd, thank you to the WISH Awards for a fantastic evening and for recognising the women who continue to raise standards across our industry.
