The highest standards on a building site are achieved through the actions of individuals who take pride in their work every day. Through Capital Sky’s monthly recognition initiative, which was introduced by our Senior Construction Manager, we celebrate team members who demonstrate exceptional commitment to Health, Safety and Environmental standards across our projects.
For September, we are pleased to congratulate Stewart Guildea, who has been selected for his professionalism and consistent approach to maintaining the standards expected across our sites. His recognition reflects the value we place on personal responsibility and the positive example that good practice sets for those working alongside him.
Health, safety and environmental performance is monitored through procedures, audits and reporting, but maintaining those standards depends on the people putting them into practice. The decisions made on site each day, the attention given to individual tasks and the willingness to take responsibility all contribute to protecting colleagues, subcontractors and members of the public.
This monthly initiative provides an opportunity to acknowledge that contribution. Health, safety and environmental responsibility remain fundamental requirements on every Capital Sky project, and we believe those who demonstrate exceptional care and diligence in upholding them deserve recognition.
