Celebrating women in health and safety: Three Capital Sky colleagues shortlisted for the WISH Awards 2026
Capital Sky Ltd is proud to announce that Natalie Clark, Tracey Heneghan and Caeleigh Timoney have each been shortlisted for the Women in Safety & Health Awards 2026.
They have been shortlisted alongside health and safety professionals from some of the UK’s best-known organisations, including EDF, HS2, Aston Martin, Costain, Biffa and the British Safety Council.
The three nominations recognise contributions across operational support, senior leadership and emerging talent within the health and safety profession.
Natalie Clark: Health & Safety Administrator of the Year
Natalie Clark has been shortlisted for Health & Safety Administrator of the Year.
This category recognises an individual who goes above and beyond in supporting different parts of an organisation through consistency, hard work and dedication. Natalie’s nomination reflects the important work involved in keeping health and safety systems organised, communicated and supported across the business.
Tracey Heneghan: Health & Safety Industry Woman of the Year
Tracey Heneghan, Chief Operations Officer at Capital Sky Ltd, has been shortlisted for Health & Safety Industry Woman of the Year.
The award recognises a woman who has made a significant contribution to the implementation or improvement of health, safety and wellbeing standards within her organisation or the wider profession.
Tracey’s nomination reflects her leadership, professional judgement and continued contribution to maintaining high standards across Capital Sky’s operations.
Caeleigh Timoney: Rising Star Award
Caeleigh Timoney has been shortlisted for the Rising Star Award, which recognises an emerging health and safety professional who has already made a meaningful contribution to improving health, safety or wellbeing standards.
Her nomination recognises her developing expertise, commitment and willingness to take responsibility at an early stage of her career.
Recognition across Capital Sky
This recognition belongs to each woman individually, while also reflecting the importance Capital Sky places on health, safety and professional development.
Effective safety depends on knowledgeable people who accept responsibility, maintain standards and have the confidence to speak up when something can be improved. It must be supported throughout the business and embedded within the planning, management and delivery of every project.
The three nominations also demonstrate why representation matters. Women at Capital Sky are contributing at different stages of their careers, developing their expertise and taking on positions of responsibility within an area that directly affects every employee, site and project.
