The team at Capital Sky was absolutely delighted to attend the Luton Town Football Club Partners’ Christmas Celebration evening earlier this week, which was a truly memorable occasion that brought together the club’s valued partners to reflect all things football, community, and an exciting future ahead.
Held at Kenilworth Road, the evening offered a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow partners while celebrating the progress of our club. As the Principal Partner of Luton Town Football Club, we are incredibly proud to stand alongside this famous football club that is so deeply rooted in the community we operate in, live in, and call home.
One of the (many) highlights of the evening was hearing from CEO Gary Sweet and the club’s Chairman, who both shared insightful reflections on Luton Town’s remarkable rise in recent years. Their candid accounts of leadership, long-term vision and staying true to the club’s identity offered valuable lessons that resonated far beyond football.

Guests were also treated to inspiring contributions from two genuine football icons, and the current management team in Jack Wilshere and Chris Powell, who spoke openly about their personal journeys within the game. Their stories of perseverance, adaptability and teamwork served as powerful reminder of what can be achieved when ambition is matched with commitment and belief and hard work.
The evening was not only a celebration of the past and present, but a clear statement of intent for the future. Luton Town’s continued progress on and off the pitch is underpinned by a strong sense of community and a clear vision for growth.
Events like this reinforce the importance of partnership and shared purpose. We are incredibly proud of our relationship with Luton Town Football Club and look forward to supporting the club as it builds on its success and embraces the opportunities ahead.
We would like to thank the club for hosting such a memorable evening and wish everyone connected with Luton Town a very Merry Christmas and a successful year to come.
