Capital Sky Ltd successfully delivered the full demolition and site clearance of the former Regional Fitness & Swimming Centre in Peterborough, a large-scale leisure facility affected by Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (RAAC) and significant structural deterioration.

Working within a constrained site adjacent to operational sports facilities, our team managed all aspects of the project, including site establishment, soft strip operations, decommissioning of pool and plant systems, utility isolations, controlled structural demolition, waste management, and final site remediation. Extensive environmental controls, including dust suppression and continuous debris removal, were implemented throughout the programme to minimise disruption and maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
