Capital Sky is proud to be playing a key role in the delivery of Rayners Penn, a prestigious 19-acre heritage estate in Penn, Buckinghamshire, which is being carefully restored and transformed into a luxury boutique hotel and destination. Working alongside Walter Lilly and Size Group, Capital Sky is delivering a significant package of structural and infrastructure works, including the reinforced concrete (RC) frame, basement works, roads and drainage, finishing works and general groundworks. The project combines complex new construction and infrastructure with the sensitive restoration of historic Grade II listed buildings, requiring a high level of planning, coordination and attention to detail.
