The scope of works included demolition, enabling works, groundworks, steel frame installation, external works, and M&E fit-out.

Our scope included demolition, strip-out, enabling works, groundworks, RC framework construction, internal fit-out, and external finishing work services that aligned directly with the project’s requirements.

The company installed a specially designed rainwater harvesting tank in collaboration with the local Environmental Agency, as part of the full groundworks package.
