Scope of works
Capital Sky has been commissioned to deliver the full demolition package at the former Barclays Bank site in March, Cambridgeshire. The scope of works includes a complete internal soft strip incorporating the removal of Asbestos Insulation Board (AIB), followed by the full structural demolition of the building.
Additional Information
Prior to commencing on-site activities, Capital Sky coordinated all Party Wall agreements and engaged proactively with the local Parish Council to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain clear communication with neighbouring stakeholders and property owners.
All required permits have now been secured, with perimeter hoarding installed and scaffolding erected to facilitate safe access for the demolition phase. On-site demolition works are currently in progress.
